Mr. Bo came and did a very thorough job spraying both inside and outside our home. He came at my scheduled appointment time and he called me in advance before he arrived. Great service - very tenacious workers - They promise and they deliver! Warrantee the work, AND, fix the damage - 1/2 the price of other squirrel and pest companies. Natalie - you reviewed the wrong company - Triad only services the removal of animals pests - NOT ANTS!

I love the products but was disappointed in recent shipment. One of my infused body butters was broken. The oils weren't labeled and no confirmation receipt was in tjw package.I was contacted by the staff immediately after the review.
