Derrick and Taylor were awesome! On Friday evening they saved me from a disaster with my flooring. I ran out of wood with only half the job done! They located the flooring and arranged to have it delivered to me!

She was absolutely wonderful, she actually listened and took mental notes when I mentioned where I wanted the product, she searched for my particular taste and matched my needs. Miranda is so knowledgeable our level of trust in her expertise went sold us just as must as the product on LL. I was the type of customer that place like this hate. I needed something, but didn't know exactly what I needed. I hate being pressured and I like taking my time to look over EVERYTHING. Your employee Jordan was STELLAR. Her knowledge of your product is almost encyclopediac. She answered all my questions- and I had quite a few. I didn't feel pressured at all. It felt more like a conversation instead of a sales pitch. She just went above and beyond anything I was expecting. Always pleasant. Always smiling.
