I have nothing but fantastic things to say about this company. We were done very wrong by our builder- the houses in my neighborhood all have had all of our floors lifting from improper installation within the first year- but Brian and team came and solved our issue. I put in LVP in our upstairs and took out the carpet and Lugardo flooring gave me the best price out of several quotes. They first told me it would be 2-3 days but they worked a little late and did it in a day. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and professional. They showed me a place on my stairs that wouldn’t go all of the way to make sure I was okay with that. We asked them to save a piece of carpet for our attic and they were able to do that. We were so impressed we’ve already recommended them to a friend. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future. They also told me if I had any issues later on to call them.
Great and prompt service! They committed to the project in short time and followed through without any issues. They even had a selection of flooring to choose from, brought all materials and had it done within a day. Everything looks great. Will definitely consider them for any future flooring needs.
