Robbie is the best! Terrific colorist, great hair cutter, and I get 2 hours of entertainment to boot. Tell him what how you want your hair done, and it's done. I've never been happier with hairdresser.

Robert is the best. Hilarious, and great haircuts. I no longer live in Winston-Salem, but I have gone back before with an almost singular purpose: To get a haircut from Robert Wooldridge. The building, which appears to be an uninspired and Winston-warehouse from the outside, opens into a carefully designed and attractive (without being gaudy or gauche, a risk for salons) space which I believe was designed, sculpted and painted by Robert himself. And Robert: He has a great time. And no shame. I challenge you to have more fun than Robert while you're getting your hair cut. He'll select style-appropriate music, turn it just loud enough to discourage talking, and promptly engage you whilst pouncing on your hair piece by piece until he is satisfied with your appearance. Which will probably require a few more pounces before you're allowed to get up. Best haircuts and experience ever, hell of a guy. I wish him the best and regret I can't go more often.
