I just had my first Brazilian today and loved hello sugar so it so much that I signed up for the membership! The setting is cozy and intimate, and Ashley was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained what she was doing before starting. I can’t wait for my next appointment—and if you’re thinking about it, GET THAT BRAZILIAN!
Persephone was amazing. She was so welcoming and had a great attitude. I had got waxed before but its been some years so I knew what to expect when I walked in but she made sure I was comfortable and still talked me through what she was doing. Highly recommend going!
First timer, upon walking into the shop the vibe was nice and relaxing. I initially came to get a sugar waxing, but when I let my aesthetician( Melanie) know that it is my first time she recommended I go with the waxing first time around versus sugaring. She was upfront with me and just let me know that it being my first time it usually does hurt a bit but throughout time it will get better as get waxed. She was patient with me. And didn’t get bothered by my loud outburst . Yes it was a bit painfully but afterwards no pain on my end after leaving the shop, she has great customer service and talked me through the wax process.
