Our agent Stenson, was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and just a pleasure to work with. He communicated exactly the right amount. Was always available for any questions, and was very prompt for every meeting. He came out to make sure the insurance adjuster saw all the damage that he noted to make sure that it would get covered. We paid nothing out of pocket thanks to him!
