Always a great experience, along with a great haircut. For a time, have rarely had the same stylist twice, but they consult the computer to see what I had done previously, make note of any changes I might want, and do a wonderful job! Nowadays, I make sure I get Julie when I visit, and she is completely awesome! I never go anywhere else because I KNOW my hair will look great and I will have a fun time because the ladies there are so peppy and fun!
