Always a great experience, along with a great haircut. I have rarely had the same stylist twice, but they consult the computer to see what I had done previously, make note of any changes I might want, and do a wonderful job! I never go anywhere else because I KNOW my hair will look great when I leave!

My time at the Great Clips location today was nothing short of phenomenal. It is Veteran’s Day, and when I walked in the door, I was greeted by smiling staff all decked out in camouflage-inspired wardrobes. Yay! They honored Vets with festive decor, complimentary Krispy Kreme donuts, and a free haircut. In addition, anyone who purchased a haircut could get a card for a free haircut to gift to a Veteran, which expires on Dec. 1, 2023. How awesome is all of that? As an “Army brat” (i.e., a child of a military family), I sincerely appreciated the love they were showing the Veterans today.) Not only did Rhonda give me a perfect haircut but when I had a cramp that caused me to black out and hit the floor she finished my haircut with me sitting on the floor and made sure I was okay, I truly wish I could rate even higher!
