We had the absolute best experience today with Victoria at Great Clips! My oldest wasn’t feeling too excited about getting a haircut, but Victoria completely changed the tone of the visit with her warm, positive energy and gentle approach. She took the time to explain each step, making sure he felt comfortable and in control the whole time.

Awesome service, I came in still in uniform from work sadly last minute and yet they still got my hair cut done and noone fussed or complained, and the attention to detail by the girl was amazing. Love this great clips
