Extremely disappointed after six months of trying to do business with this company. The experience has been nothing but frustrating—marked by poor communication, constant delays, and a complete lack of clarity around part availability. To make matters worse, the listed phone number doesn’t even work. It’s been an unprofessional process from start to finish. I strongly recommend avoiding GM Wholesale Direct—there are many better alternatives out there.

No customer service!!! I ordered a part weeks went by nothing from them. I emailed them and the response time was horrible. When I got a response back it was almost a month after I placed the order. I told them to cancel the order and the next day they shipped it. When it showed up it was not what I was expecting so I started the return process. It says you will hear something in 2 to 3 days. We are coming up on a week and no response from them.

Ordered part and 11 days later and they still haven't shipped the part that was in stock and will not respond to emails or messages left on their website, plus no one will answer phone and voicemail is full. Called the dealership and parts service personnel said it should have shipped and she would have the guy to contact me within a hour and a day later and still no response.. would not recommend ordering from this site.
