Fairytale Farm Animal Sanctuary

This was our first time and we loved the place! This farm is good for all ages. My daughter is three and isn't too excited about animals and there was toys for her to play with. She did enjoy feeding the goats. This is a non profit organization and I thinks it's amazing that there is a little spot in Winston like this that rescues farm animals. I know one volunteer told me that two of the donkeys they rescued was in the intensive care unit for a week before they were able to come to the farm after being rescued. There are some animals with missing legs and they have little wheelchairs for them which is just precious.

Great staff here. Very inviting knowledgeable about the animals where they came from. My kids wife and I loved feeding the animals. All money goes to the animals. What an amazing place.

I have had the pleasure of being a volunteer at Fairytale Farm Animal Sanctuary for a year now. All of the animals at Fairytale Farm are special and many of their stories are truly heartbreaking. The owners are extremely dedicated to helping sick, injured, neglected and unwanted animals. I would not have the strength to do what they do. They deserve the highest praise and we all should do what we can to support them through monetary donations or by volunteering.Also note: they do not have public hours. The only way to visit is by coming to an event or signing up to volunteer.
