Nathan was very professional. He assessed the issue and laid out a plan for me. After getting a second estimate, I decided to go with Ecoshield Roofing. Nathan returned the same day and fixed the problem to my satisfaction.

Had a hump appearing on my (6)yr old roof @ the firewall. Will (sales), climbed onto the roof to examine the shingles then went into the attic to check for damage or water. He suggested having an engineer check it out as well. Mark Elliott (engineer), came by within several days and did an assessment. Luckily, no serious issues. He said he would email a statement explaining this in case I needed it in the future. Both people had excellent follow through, very professional and I would highly recommend EcoShield Roofing.

Our roof was done by ecoshield. Nathan was our contact. Initially claim was denied. With the knowledge of nathan and ecoshield they had our claim approved and got our roof up to code! Highly recommend this company and everyone involved- Wil, Josh and nathan, thank you so much!
