We had the water line replaced from the meter to the home, the turn around was fantastic and everyone was so professional. They located a leak inside the home, fixed it and had them look at the water heater as it needed a new element. Before they replaced the elements, they innocence the water heater and found a leak that existed when the last plumber services the water heater. They replaced the water heater, added an expansion tank to bring the water heater up to code. They were very efficient, courteous and super nice. Do yourself a favor and call Dease Plumbing first. I had a renovation go sideways and had several companies submit estimates to correct the amateur work that was done. Andy was by far the most professional and you could tell from the conversation that he knows his profession inside and out. The technician Zach was also a total professional and did an outstanding top quality job. His work is so neat that he exceeded my high standards. The office staff Michelle and Josie are also professionals who have been exceptionally helpful and patient with helping me navigate the permitting process. Dease plumbing has come to my residence to do repairs many times. They are great about being prompt with time and communication if anything pops up. All of the technicians are very respectful, and I can trust them to do a good and complete job. I have an old house that has some interesting structural surprises for them sometimes. They are knowledgeable and always willing to put in the extra time and effort that has been needed to solve those problems.
