I have consistently received great service from this company. Last week, I mistakenly ordered less than what I needed and my driver (R. Lawson) not only noticed that my order was unusual but went out of his way to double check with me and go back out to his truck to get more water. I highly recommend them!
I would like you to leave me the newer Jugs I have had enough with the old jugs. From black stuff found in the water, and jugs leaking causing the jugs to be half full. So I would appreciate the Newer jugs, please. Get rid of the old streaked jugs!
So, I have been a customer for 10 years and have been able to transfer my service from one county to another with ease. I am not going to say it's been perfect service, but when they get it right, the water is awesome. I enjoy the type of water cooler I have. It is easy to load, just slide the 5 gallon bottle in. I don't have to lift it. I have to say I enjoy the water service even if they don't have the customer service down to a science.
