I absolutely LOVE this place. The people are so friendly and caring. I’ve never had one single issue getting glasses for either of my children and the wait for the frames is never horribly long. Their customer service is top tier!!! The communication, impeccable. I won’t take my kids anywhere else for glasses!!!

I've bought several pairs of eyeglasses from here. Susan is always very helpful! Her husband, Chad, is very knowledgeable and answers any questions or concerns. Susan was very patient when I had issues with the fit of the eyeglasses I ordered. The frame was too tight, didn't feel comfortable and the weight of the lenses felt heavy.
Susan recommended several solutions and with her guidance I was able to find another frame that fits my face perfectly. And, for a small additional charge, she suggested I upgrade to a lighter lens to help with the weight of the frames.
