Our new refrigerator stopped working and we lost all our food. Parker was the technician who came to help. He was on time and tenaciously investigated all possible options. He answered our questions, ordered the parts needed and replaced them as soon as they arrived. The refrigerator worked for a few weeks and then stopped again. Parker came back out and contacted Whirlpool and together they found another part that needed replacing. We were giving up on this appliance but Parker was determined to make it work. He was patient with our frustrations and calmly fixed everything. I am thrilled to say the fridge is working perfectly now...and we cannot say enough good things about both Parker and the service people at Convenient Appliance. A great company!
