I highly recommend this company!! I needed a 3 inch wide threshold and after going to SIX other stores in Winston, Carolina Wood Floors was the only one able to help. Not only were they incredibly kind, they custom made the piece I needed quickly and at an amazing price! I will always shop here first for any flooring needs! They are the real deal. The threshold they made for me was gorgeous. I would give them more stars if possible!
I do not recommend. There was a lack of communication between the manager and the people who did the work. There was a lack of oversight and quality control. My home was left in poor condition, which they mostly remedied after I pointed out the issues. The job took longer than I had been told it would take. If I ever need floors refinished in the future, I would not use CWF again.
If I could give 10 stars I would! Just bought a condo around the corner, the carpet in the bedrooms were dry & brittle, they actually had the matching LVP that they installed in the main areas of the house, they worked me up a deal to install so we jumped on board with it. Great pricing, amazing service from the entire staff, we couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend Carolina Wood Flooring!
