Omar was communicative, kept clients abreast of material delivery status and the timeline for completion. All the guys were efficient and professional, cleaned up at the end of each day, and arrived as expected. They felt like part of the family. They did exceptional work, were very prompt and knowledgeable, and took great care of property in a timely manner. Omar showed low and uneven areas of flooring and thoroughly explained the repair process, recommending laminate over LVP when it was not the best option. The estimate was a fair and reasonable price, and Omar was patient with timelines, staying in contact with recommendations. They placed tarps across the house to keep the area clean, collected debris in trash bags, and swept and vacuumed daily. The demolition was more difficult than expected, but Omar was transparent, and the team sanded, leveled, and evened out the slab. The space feels brand new, fresh, and modern, and the house finally feels like a home. They also fit in a short-notice project fast and efficiently.
