I cannot say enough wonderful things about Wake Forest Baptist/Atrium Health. Compared to other hospital experiences my husband has had over the years, this hospital was exceptional in every way.
The physicians were knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Every nurse, technician, aide, and staff member we encountered treated us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern. Zero ⭐️ with an officer.
This hospital in my experience is great. I only want to get on here about the tall woman officer with the sides shaved and was next to another woman who also worked here and looked like she was uncomfortable. Like the officer was in her space. I could tell with her eyes and body language. Also, the officer was rude and condescending when just asking for directions. Like sorry I’m interrupting your sexual harassment complaint.
Everyone in the cancer center, ER, and IMC have taken excellent care of my dad. Even with stage 4 cancer diagnosis, they have not given up on him. We tried several facilities in our home state and no one seemed to care. Here, in the worst days of our life, the staff at WFBMC have been an answer to prayer. The facility is also accommodating and comfortable. It’s huge so it can be very confusing to navigate, but so far everyone has been helpful in assisting when I make a wrong turn. 🙃
