I highly recommend Cool Lion! Josh answered the phone when I called him and immediately booked me into a mutually workable slot. He showed up at the appointed time, courteously explained his plan of attack and went right to work. The invoice he sent me was exactly what he had quoted me on the phone. He used a gentle wash on our screened-in porch and it looks like new.

Josh took great care in cleaning our clinic, sign, and the concrete surrounding it. He was able to come on a Sunday so as not to interfere with business. Scheduling & invoicing was easy, and all matters of the service and follow up was done with compete professionalism.
