I have been looking for a screw for an NVMA with no luck. After several miscellaneous screw boxs I walked in here he found it it 2 seconds and didn't charge me a thing. Great guy great service.
My PC would not power up on Monday morning - I reached out to Walt and he had me bring it on to the shop. He was able to diagnose the issue shortly after I brought it in (bad power supply). He put a new Power Supply in and then did some PC maintenance for me as well. I was able to pick it up on Monday afternoon. Incredible service and the fact that he was able to get it back to me on the same day was amazing. I highly recommend Walteck for your computer needs.
Took my HP omen gaming laptop to Walteck after having severe fan damage and several other issues that I was unaware of which caused my laptop to overheat. I told Walt about my laptop issues and he informed me that he would clean it, replace the fans, and thermal paste to the best of his abilities and he DID just that. Now my laptop is back to running perfect with brand new fans and thermal paste. Not only did he change what I paid for but he also informed me on other issues that I needed to fix ASAP with my laptop like getting a cooling fan, replacing battery & adapter, how emulation overheats laptops, etc. This is my new “computer tech” and will continue to do... read full review
