The doctors and the staff are some of the kindest people I've ever been around. Every step of the way, they were very knowledgeable, patient when answering all the questions, and offered a lot of compassion and empathy. Points East will always be my go-to place for my pup's needs. An hour and a half drive is more than worth it.
We brought our cat here tonight, who succumbed to injuries she got months ago before we rescued her. The nurses, the vet, everyone was seriously amazing and so compassionate. She was my kiddos cat and our family sat with her as she passed. The vet did such an absolutely wonderful job of compassionately but frankly explaining the process. I am thoroughly impressed with the level of care. It's a fact of life but it's a lot easier to deal with when so much love is put into it. We appreciate you all, Points East. Thank you ❤️
I can’t say enough great things about our experience here. I work in veterinary medicine myself, but ended up needing somewhere to go with my dog in the middle of the night mid road trip. The location of the hospital was perfect being right off the highway and easy to find. They took us in right away. The facility was immaculately clean. Our tech, Esme, and Dr. Wagner were very friendly and addressed all of my concerns. Costs of care were more than reasonable for an overnight ER visit. Thank you so so much!!
