“I’m traveling to potentially sell my Honda and I left my house in Atlanta without grabbing both sets of keys. Well, the set I grabbed was with a key fob that had a dead battery. I stopped and bought a battery only to find the fob didn’t work. I called and spoke with Shaina and sorry if I spelled that wrong who asked me several questions… Ultimately, she suggested I try to program it with key on off method while pressing the lock button on the remote and boom! It worked!! Just a pleasure to talk with and helped me out without issue over the phone!! Killer service!!! A++“
