Koster irrigation evaluated property, had an estimate in 24 hours, and completed work within 2 weeks at price stated in estimate, even though they had to add additional piping per an HOA issue. I was adding a private irrigation system to a community with an HOA. It required addition of a water meter per Greenville Utilities Commission, backflow preventer, and permits. Will Koster is a licensed plumber and approved for backflow preventer installation. Will Koster is tech savvy. He installed a system with online access and control of system when I’m out of the country.

Koster Irrigation provided excellent service on the repairs/maintenance of our residential sprinkler system. I was contacted promptly within 24 hrs after leaving a request for service, and the work was performed within 5 days after my request. Technician arrived promptly to the minute I was informed he would arrive, and upfront explained how fees are determined, so that there would be no misunderstanding on an Invoice amount. Tech was professional, polite and left the sprinkler system in perfect running order. He offered maintenance tips I could easily do to avoid unnecessary problems. Koster irrigation is the BEST! Will and his team are so good at what they do. Will is very responsive and cares about your project and continues to improve upon anything that is needed to make your system the best it can be. They do both irrigation and lighting at fair and reasonable pricing. I have had many homes and Koster Irrigation has been by far the best irrigation/lighting company we have ever had help us. You will be happy with their work and that you chose them!
