We've been customers for four years, maybe five, I really can't recommend them more highly. When we bought our first home it came with some undesirable housemates, roaches. We tried everything we could find, hired two other well-known companies. Still couldn't get rid of them. After we hired Empire Pest we started seeing results the first month & after four they were completely gone! We've had mice come in a few times over the years & they were always gone fast. We had the same tech (Jim) for years, he was just wonderful, kind & friendly. After we moved we had to change plans to quarterly because we live further out, but they make the drive for us. They do a great job. Five stars all the way.
