So we were finally ready to sell our house and move back to Colorado. We met with the big realtor in town and was told we wouldn’t be able to get what we wanted for the house. In fact he thought we would be lucky to get $20,000 less than what we wanted. So we met with Johnna from Branco Realty and she was so nice and after walking around the house and property she told us she knew she could get our asking price. While we finished a couple projects around the house and moved our stuff with the movers she placed an coming soon advertisement to drum up some interest. We were ready to sell our home in Wilson and met with the big name realtor and when they asked what we want to sell for we were told there was no way we could get that much. In fact we were told we would be lucky to get $20,000 less than what we wanted. So we met with Johnna from Branco and she was so nice.
