We were ready to sell our home in Wilson and met with the big name realtor and when they asked what we want to sell for we were told there was no way we could get that much. In fact we were told we would be lucky to get $20,000 less than what we wanted. So we met with Johnna from Branco and she was so nice. She walked around the house with us and confirmed she could get what we wanted. She helped us set a date to start showing the house and had a coming soon advertisement run so once we started showing we had 10 to 12 showings in the first four days.
