We called to have them service our very old furnace because we wanted to ensure it was safe to continue using this winter. Angie answered the phone and was friendly and helpful when setting up the appointment. She called before Christian arrived to make sure we were home. Christian was quick and efficient, and was detailed and honest about the condition of our heating system.
