Every time I've came into any Wilmington Health location I have been greeted extremely rudely and disrespectfully. The treatment from the doctors is usually fine, nothing extraordinary but they always get the job done, but the majority of the receptionists are extremely rude and Insensitive. I went in today and I was in so much pain I was barely holding back tears, the woman screamed at me and told me to step closer to her or she wouldn't help me, even though there was a line of people in front of me already.Another amazing lady offered to help me and get me checked in and apologized for the woman's behavior, but unfortunately I get more of the rude robotic behavior than I do the kind and caring.

Horrible experience, the doctors at Wilmington Health Care provide zero follow up. I never even received me my test results, when I called to complain about their lack of professionalism I was scolded by "management". These folks are complete hacks, stay away and do yourself a favor when seeking a primary care physician - go elsewhere!

No matter how early you are for your appointment you will sit & wait for a minimum of 50 minutes. Your time does not matter. Woman at the front desk is always unpleasant & rude. Attitude for no reason. Wouldn't recommend.
