The dental clinic offers exceptional service. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I am grateful for their utilization of modern technology and the convenience of the patient portal. It is extremely helpful for monitoring treatment plans, payments, and requesting some appointments (not all). Despite some scheduling conflicts and long waits, the staff has been incredibly accommodating in providing treatment for my children. We have visited several dentists in the area, including Dr. Egg, where we unfortunately encountered a negative experience due to racism. Our 2yo had an amazing first dentist experience! They provided comfortable environment, communication to parents about dental health/concerns, tips to clean teeth for toddlers that are wiggle worms and a fun upbeat staff to keep the smiles throughout the process.
Absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Rivera! We traveled over 2 &1/2 hours due to my 7 year old son needing a crown and my insurance not having a closer provider that would work with us. They were willing to see him and provide treatment in the same visit. We had a referral from our family dentist and most places would not see us and treat the same day. Dr Rivera and his assistant worked through their lunch so my son didn't have to wait longer and were fantastic with him. I will definitely make the drive in the future to return to this location!
