Customers appreciate the friendly staff and high-quality results, especially in stain removal and pressing. Although prices are a bit high and they are closed on Saturdays, many feel their services are a significant improvement over other local cleaners. Overall, Williams Cleaners is trusted for reliable and professional dry cleaning.
Much better cleaning than the sorry cleaners down the street on 17th and Market. Clothes here were better pressed and stains better removed. Much nicer people too. Prices are a little high so not 5 stars, but close.
I recently stopped in this location to get a jacket cleaned and pressed. While they had shut down their operation for the day, they called around and found a store that could help me over near Eastwood road. The lady was waiting for me when I got there, and while they could not clean the jacket on such short notice, they did steam it out for me.
In this day when people tend not to go out of their way for others, the employees at both locations did exactly that, trying to help a customer. I was very pleased with their effort to help me out of a situation I had created myself by waiting so late to take the jacket in. I recommend Williams Cleaners to all of you...read full review
