Was very unhappy with my previous vet here and needed a change. PNVH came highly recommended and did not disappoint! My Rosie has multiple health issues and they took the time (over and hour) to go over her entire history and make recommendations going further.

I would recommend Porters Neck because I have faith in the Vets . However the some of the staff need to get it together and deliver on there promises...A customer should not have to make multiple trips to pick up a prescription that they have been told will be ready, even if you show up a day after the pick up date they give you...(Happened more than once) The sigh up front says we want your feed back but when its given its met with attitude.

On July 29th, 2022 I had one of the worst days of my life. My little chihuahua Paco, that I had for 13 years was nearing the last moments of his life. I was beside myself trying to figure out how to help him. Porters Neck Veterinary Hospital was there with us through his heart problems, pneumonia, Cushings, and then helping him with a peaceful passage. When he was having any issue they went above and beyond what ANY vet that I have ever known has done. But it was the last moments of his life that were the most important to me.
