Excellent experience. Only my second time to get my hair done at Tanglez since moving to Wilmington. The first time was great - no complaints; but this 2nd time was nothing short of phenomenal. I was placed in the very skilled hands of Carmen Ezell this time around. Afterwards, I decided I’ll never go to anyone else for a color and cut. She is a gifted hairstylist and an all around lovely person. She went above and beyond and the end result was that I felt pretty and happy afterward. The salon has a good vibe - is conveniently located, clean, professional (very short wait time), and comfortable. 5 stars ⭐️Services: Haircut

Just moved back to the area and needed a stylist and found Andrew through Google at Tanglez. He made me feel like a person and not just a body to work on. The whole staff was amazing and I haven’t felt that good at a salon or the whole experience in probably 20 years. 10/10 will definitely be back.

Amy is a fabulous hair technician. She is exceptional in sew in extensions as well. She is fabulous with hair color. I love her I love the salon is clean and it’s fresh and it’s modern — best in Wilmington.
