Billy and his crew did a great job on our fence. We have used 2 of the bigger companies in Greenville in the past, one was terrible, one was decent, but this was by far the best experience. All around, this has been one of the best customer experiences. Bill was extremely helpful and patient while answering all my many questions about fence placement around my home when he came to give me a quote. The financing process was easy and quick. Installation was a few weeks out, but a customer dashboard kept me up to date on my anticipated installation date. That was an unexpected and appreciated feature in this whole process. On the day of installation, Julian and his team showed up early and ready to get to work. Julian did a walk through with me making sure the plans were still the same; we went over the locations of where the fence would start on both sides of the house, where each gate was to be positioned, and then they got to work. The whole team clearly works well together; they had the fence up and looking better than I could have ever pictured it and it only took one day! They cleaned up after themselves and everyone was so friendly. I could not have made a better choice. My dog, kids, and I love our new fence!
