Never had much issue renting here. Equipment always works.
The guys that work in the yard are helpful, and just generally awesome.
There is this one person who works at the desk. It feels like talking to a robot who's batteries are almost dead. Like the wires inside aren't plugged in all the way. It's a painful experience.
