10 out of 10, even though it was only Shawn on the floor, he helped me promptly made sure everything i need from my glasses was met and kept me at a price point that I could afford and made sure if i could receive the discounts that they were on there, thank you Stanton!
Such outstanding customer care! I got a prescription at this location 3 years ago and they were the best of help to me then. Today three years later I went back and was treated with such kindness and generosity. Today I met Rachel, the branch Manager for Stanton Optical over here in the university center. She has over 16 years of experience and gave me the best customer service today. THANK YOU RACHEL! I’ve needed prescription glasses since I was on the sixth grade and have always had up-and-down experiences. It just gives me such a peace of mind to know that I can go somewhere and find reliable optical care!
