Looking for a run of the mill, not involved agent? Well, then keep looking, because Sold by the Sea/Graham King are not what you want. Graham King was an absolute pleasure to work with. From day one he was engaged with us, working what seemed any hour of any day to help us get into our home. He answered all of our questions, even the ones I felt were probably obvious. His level of engagement and enthusiasm and passion for his clients is a breath of fresh air. I don't plan on buying a house, but I can 100% say that if I would ever need to, Graham is the only one I would even consider calling. Don't take my word for it. All I can say is that we chose wisely. I was looking for a reputable Realtor and I found a gem in Sold Buy the Sea Realty. SUE KNOX is a friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, and patient Realtor. My husband and I had certain criteria and after wading through the coastal NC area for homes, we found our dream home with her help! We just closed on our house and we couldn’t be happier. Sue will be a friend for a long time and I would refer anyone to her. She had such great knowledge about all neighborhoods and coming neighborhoods up and down the coast and inland as well.
