I boarded my little girl for the first time ever last week (she’s almost 12) and Midtown Pawville exceeded all expectations. The staff was so loving and patient with not only my doggie, but with me (crazy dog mom). Baileigh came back happy, healthy, and smelling so good. Thank you to the staff for taking such great care of my baby while I was on a work trip.
UPDATE: Massive communication issue. I'm just now seeing the owner's response, but I did get a phone call from the manager Kelley who was extremely apologetic. I have been refunded in full AND, as a token of their goodwill, they have credited my account with a free $55 wellness exam should I choose to give them another opportunity. I am leaving the original review as a reminder to all who see it to slow down, take a breath, and remember that there are lots of new employees out there and sometimes miscommunications happen. I readily admit that I could have handled my initial response better. Thank you for your time today Kelley.

This place truly is a gem, and I mean that sincerely! The staff is incredibly caring and always treats my little girl like a princess every time we visit. It warms my heart that they remember her name as soon as we walk in, and you can see how excited she is to be there. I can't thank you and the veterinary team enough for the love and attention you give to my furry family member!
