We hired RTC this past Spring (2025) to enhance the rear of our house. We were replacing a slab patio with a two level raised deck and a motorized aluminum pergola. I've gotta say this was an extremely positive experience -- starting with the initial design and estimate phases, and right up through construction and final walk through. The contract was very concise and left really no room for misunderstanding. Oscar brought us along in thinking through the design. We recently used RTC Restorations for a remodeling of our screened in porch along with repairs to our walkway pavers. Oscar, Christhian and their entire crew were a pleasure to work with and did a fantastic job from start to finish. We had also had some permitting issues and the RTC crew was able to walk us through and get everything squared away. RTC Restorations does quality work and we would highly recommend them!
