Rebel Hot Yoga offers an outstanding yoga environment and has created a great community feel. The studio and instructors are welcoming to beginners and those new to the studio while other yoga students are also eager to encourage you.The heat and technical teachings are a perfect blend to leave you walking out feeling energized and ready to tackle the world. As a suffer from joint and back pain, the benefits were felt immediately and I highly recommend for everyone and most importantly those thinking it would be too hard on your body or that you are not in "shape" to do this. This is for every current shape and physical level.

I have made my long awaited return back! Came for almost 4.5 months beginning January 2023 knowing that my lower back needed a lot of strengthening before I had to travel for work over the summer and it would be grueling on me physically. When I left my back was immensely stronger, also I just felt strong. So I made it through my season SO much better off than I had hoped.I have tried many other spots but REBEL and Billy truly have an amazing, uplifting, insightful, playful and physically exhausting classes but IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE. I am so happy to be back in Wilmington! Go to 5 classes you’ll be freaking addicted ??‍♀️❤️?
