I had an excellent experience with Pella from the original installation through the replacement kitchen window screen process. The original job included 14 windows and a screen door, and the crew completed everything in 1 day. They were super fast, professional, friendly, and the work was handled beautifully.
While waiting for my replacement kitchen screen, Jennifer Duncan provided great communication and kept me updated, which I truly appreciated. She was kind, helpful, and easy to work with, and she made the process smooth and stress free.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service I received from Pella and would definitely recommend them. A special thank you to Jennifer… read full review
