Not a good experience so far. Let's hope things improve.I need to add at this point Pamlico Solar has been trying to work out problems that were not their fault. There efforts have resulted in an 80% solution to my problems. I am sure that in a little while I’ll be able to amend this recommendation and see that 100% of the problems have been solved. They are working hard and I’m looking forward to a positive solution to the other 20%.Yah!!! All's well that ends well. I am now at 100%. The guys at Pamlico worked very hard to get my system back to where it should be. They never gave up. They were professional and pleasant to work with. After an exceptionally bad experience with a solar company that went out of business, just before getting my solar system finished, I was extremely upset, and very hesitant to engage with another solar company. I am so thankful I found Pamlicosolar!Alley is so responsive and so through! Alley provided answers from the inspectors in our town about the permitting process and from Duke Power about the interconnection process so quickly! My stress level very quickly went down as soon as I realized that I was dealing with such efficient, knowledgeable people!

The whole crew at Pamlico Solar is amazing! I am very happy with the entire I process from initial contact to finished product. Robert who led the installation was fantastic and was very informative and professional. He even helped me plan out future projects with his valuable insight. Nick, Joey, Ally, and Chris were all A+! Pamlico Solar is highly recommended!
