You can tell that Oscar genuinely cares about all of his clients and that he personally makes it his mission to take the pressure off of you, handle any request that you might have and to meet all of your needs. If you're new, apprehensive and naive to all of this he makes sure that you actually know what's going on and he will patiently explain the entire process to you in layman's terms so that you can understand how things work. He makes sure that you never feel caught off guard, taken advantage of, or unclear about what is happening and why.
