I was referred to Oriental Medical Therapies 14 mos. ago while in the midst of a health crisis of unknown origin that presented with a myriad of complex and debilitating symptoms. I had exhausted the traditional medicine maze of dead ends and no answers. During my very first session with Tricia, she taught me how to breathe properly (yes, BREATHE) while incorporating acupuncture, massage, heat, and the use of pure essential oils. I have had Chinese acupuncture in the past in other cities, but none compare to the incredible results I have experienced with Tricia. In addition to being an acupuncturist, Tricia is also a yoga instructor. One of her first recommendations was the incorporation of yoga. Thankfully, I followed her advice. Tricia's vast knowledge and understanding of the mind, body, spirit connection along with her many years of expertise and practice in the fields of acupuncture and yoga coupled with her incredible passion, energy, gift of healing, and encouragement every step of the way have been life-changing and instrumental in my healing and return to restored health and wellness. I continue to be a regular at Tricia's yoga classes AND her acupuncture clinic. The gift of good health and enjoyment of life is immeasurable.
