I can honestly say that this was one of the best maintenance experiences I have ever had. I called Dave one late afternoon due to an issue that I was having with my water heater not producing hot water. I didn't believe I would be able to find anyone to inspect the problem with it being late in the afternoon. However Dave stop by the same day. My water heater was located in a hard to reach location. Dave went the extra mile to get to the water heater without any complaints or extra charge. I had a leak and my neighbor told me to call these guys because they did good work for him. I called on Monday afternoon and made an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. They arrived on time, isolated the problem and fixed it. I live in an older house so nothing is easy and the plumbing is 60 years old. They were polite, knowledgeable, and took care of my home. Did I mention they were affordable? I won't use anyone but Dave anymore.
