If there was an option to give 5-stars PLUS, I would give that to Eric Knight and Nest Realty. Eric consistently went far above and beyond what I would expect of a traditional real estate agent to help us with the purchase of our home. No task was too small; no question insignificant or silly; no concern made light of. Eric is warm, kind, respectful, incredibly knowledgeable with an extensive expertise in real estate and smart as a whip. Our deal had several hiccups, and Eric was consistently proactive about their resolution, offering creative solutions that eased our fears. He is obviously respected by his peers, and for good reason. I cannot recommend Eric highly enough.
