I bought my mud dog Machine from this company and drove all the way from Texas to North Carolina to pick it up. After using it, I ran into one small issue, but Patrick was amazing — he helped me fix everything over the phone step by step. I was worried at first about buying from out of state, but his support made the whole process easy. He always answered my calls right away and explained everything clearly. Great customer service — the company is lucky to have him! I’ll definitely be back to upgrade and buy my second Mud Doge.
I drove all the way from the Panhandle of Florida to pick up my recently purchased trailer from Mud Dog Trailers and couldn't be happier with the experience. I bought my Mud dog trailer February 2024 this year and it has paid for itself four or five times over. I have four rigs currently and this is by far the best rig I have. They walked through every step with me from planning a build, mid build and even add on after build for me to custom make my trailer exactly what I wanted. Do not miss the opportunity if you’re in the market for an awesome rig whether it be small or big. These guys know exactly what they are doing. John was awesome and still answers the phone for me today , if I have a question about anything, Pressure Washing.
