We were very happy with Woodbury insurance. Unfortunately they sold out to BB&T/McGriff who don't care about our small business enough to answer questions or explain rate increases even though we pay them more than 20k annually. Our agent is rude and short with her responses and gives me the impression that she would rather we take our business elsewhere.

If you pay a lot for insurance, do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague. Their inability to follow up is only exceeded by their complete lack of caring for their clients. Agents are supposed to work for us - that’s why we pay them. This company only seems to work for itself. RUN AWAY !

The lady that answers the phone at the Wilmington Location is unprofessional and RUDE! If you want someone to cut you off midsentence - call her. If you want to have friendly business relations, it wont happen with her on the line.
