Although relatively expensive compared to surrounding nail salons, this one has repeatedly left me happy with the results. Not only are they efficient and talented but they’re also great with customer service. I got a gel X set here And one of the nails was put on slightly crooked. I said something to the nail tech and he immediately fixed it with a smile (I’ve had other nail techs at a different salon make excuses like “your finger is just crooked” after being asked to redo a crooked nail, so this wins Luxe points in my book). They always give the best service and my nails look amazing. The pedicure massages and treatments are excellent. This last time I was in for a pedi, I must’ve dropped my wallet somehow and they drove it to my house the same night. That is exceptional customer service and earns my loyalty. Thank you guys so much! You’re the best!
I went to this salon for the first time last week and broke a nail 4 days later - not their fault my nails were great quality and I was trying to put up some shelves and accidentally broke a nail. I went in on my lunch break to see if they could fix the break fully expecting to pay for it as it was my mistake. They quickly attended to me and completely redid the nail that broke - free of charge. I am impressed with their service and the quality of their work and will definitely be back :)
