I had my hair colored then microlocs installed with Queen Brittany. Beautiful work. Amazing conversation and atmosphere. She worked on my head for an ENTIRE day. But the work WAS ON POINT. It left no crumbs. I was hurt when I learned that she was going to Charlotte to open another shop and would not be the one maintaining my locs, but was reassured Jayla was good at microloc retightenings. Again, magic flowed from Jayla's fingers. She is efficient and her work is precise. Due to other obligations, my current appointment is with Lisa. I was super nervous as I prefer to have 1 loctician to go to consistently who manages my hair and I'm encountering a 3rd loctician in less than 6 months. But because of the vibe in the shop, I would feel just as comfortable in ANY of the ladies' chair. When I got out of Lisa's chair, my hair was transformed! Also, they discuss any special notes or requests you put when scheduling your appointment to be sure that they are providing the best service to you. I can only say good things about the staff of Loc Queendom. Thank you for your responsiveness when I have questions, your unwavering amazing customer service, and the pride you put into your craft because it shows on every head that leaves your shop. I recommend every loctician in the shop, and whatever they have listed as an available service, I'd bet they deliver it above expectations.

Loc Queendom LLC is phenomenal! The loctician is well educated in Locs completely. The customer service is amazing, and the knowledge provided during the consultation and service is outstanding and very impressive. The vibes and energy received during my consultation and visit today was one to remember. It's something about the constant use of the terms King, Queen, and Peace that made me feel like a Queen and completely at peace during my visit. Thank you to my stylist Lisa and Brittany for my consultation and knowledge. I love forward to my next visit!
