Amazingly responsive and knowledgeable about his field, Tom can be trusted to keep your system in peak operating condition. He even helped me out with a repair on my water supply that didn't really fall into his wheel house, and he could easily have referred me to a plumber causing me further delay, but he handled the repair quickly, professionaly, and reasonably.
